Responsibilities
Lead Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) efforts; Perform predictive reliability analysis to calculate probability of loss of control/asset and MTTF/MTBF; Develop and execute comprehensive Qualification and Validation Test plans; Lead failure investigations on anomalies from design validation, production testing, and field returns; Develop Maintainability prediction models and support Preventative Maintenance & Sparing plans; Support Development Milestone Reviews to guide transition to high-rate production; Develop and implement standardized reliability processes and infrastructure.
