Responsibilities
Own validation, qualification, and continuous improvement of manufacturing test systems from NPI through production ramp; Analyze test data, failure trends, and system performance to identify root causes and drive corrective actions; Improve tester reliability through calibration control, preventive maintenance, measurement validation, and uptime improvements; Develop and maintain test quality processes including GR&R, test coverage analysis, limit validation, fault injection, loop test, and system health monitoring; Partner with engineering teams on DFT/DFM improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manufacturing risks
