Responsibilities
Develop and optimize planned preventative maintenance (PM) programs and condition-based inspection schedules, Perform hands-on PM tasks, routine inspections, and corrective maintenance, Conduct advanced diagnosis and lead complex troubleshooting/disassembly/rebuild of equipment, Install, align, calibrate, commission, and upgrade new or modified equipment, Lead root cause investigations for recurring failures and implement corrective actions, Manage critical spares and inventory, Provide technical leadership and structured training to maintenance teams, Coordinate complex repair activities with production, engineering, and suppliers
