Senior Product Manager, Audience
Rewrite
## Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager on the Audience team, you will lead the next generation of audience products that help advertisers better understand their consumers through insights and reach them effectively through better targeting, improving performance, and growing their brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the next generation of audience targeting, segmentation, and insights tools — setting the direction for how advertisers connect with their highest-value consumers.
- Designing and owning Agentic-AI product workflows — building systems where AI agents autonomously identify, segment, and activate high-value audiences at a scale no human workflow could match. You won't just use AI tools; you'll define how they behave.
- Owning end-to-end execution for audience and insights products, from discovery through delivery, iterating relentlessly based on data and customer feedback.
- Partnering deeply with Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams — aligning on strategy, navigating tradeoffs, and ensuring every release creates measurable customer impact.
- Being the voice of the customer — gathering requirements, designing prototypes, prioritizing and scoping releases that represent customers' needs, and working with engineering to bring those products to life and iterate on them over time.
- Operating as a strategic leader across APAC and globally — collaborating with distributed teams to ensure audience products meet the needs of diverse markets and regulatory environments.
## Requirements
- Proven track record of using data to identify opportunities, make decisions, and iterate products toward desired outcomes. A background in data science, analytics, or engineering is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with an academic or professional foundation in math, statistics, data science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Ability to write detailed specifications that clearly articulate the 'why' behind the problem, not just the 'what'.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both large and small group settings.
- Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders across engineering, data science, business, and commercial disciplines.
- Experience working effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.
- You have built complex products that took years of iteration to become great — and you can point to your specific contributions.
- A sustained track record of making significant, self-directed, end-to-end contributions to large-scale, impactful software projects.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking calculated risks. You solve complex technical problems with creative solutions while managing tradeoffs transparently.
