Set technical direction for analytics team including architecture and engineering conventions; Raise engineering standards through code and design reviews; Own architecture of data models for maintainability and scalability; Govern semantic layer and metric definitions; Serve as primary technical partner to Product, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering; Define data testing strategy and ensure business logic validation; Own operational health of analytics systems including monitoring and incident response; Mentor engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing; Lead large-scale data migrations and performance initiatives
