Responsibilities
Design and execute company-wide AI adoption programs including office hours, lunch and learns, and adoption challenges; Build and maintain an internal AI community for knowledge sharing; Partner with People Analytics to establish adoption metrics and report progress; Define launch-readiness requirements for new AI tools to ensure parallel adoption and support plans; Own the AI Champions Program including recruiting, onboarding, and enabling cross-functional representatives; Lead AI-enabled improvements and coach others on best practices; Partner with Performance & Capability to activate AI fluency frameworks through role-based content and learning pathways
