Own monthly revenue recognition process for projects and service engagements; Prepare and reconcile deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, and work-in-progress balances; Review new and amended contracts for billing terms and revenue implications; Meet with departmental leaders to track project milestones and work delivered; Drive timely billing by identifying and resolving stalled or unbilled work; Prepare and review complex, milestone-based invoices; Support month-end and year-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis; Review and approve accounts payable transactions and employee expense reports.
