Responsibilities
Utilize systems and processes to optimize and document the entire lifecycle for laboratory assets; Provide oversight and guidance for required scheduling, data and information for colleague and contractor resources providing asset installation and preventive/corrective maintenance; Issue and tag assets with the EAMS identifier and document asset maintenance and service activities in EAMS; Manage the inventory of inactive or idle assets ensuring an accurate inventory, compliant storage and disposal through auction sale or site transfer when appropriate; Work with other GWE colleagues to develop common practices across sites with a goal of process improvements with the onboarding, tracking and utilization of assets; Support business strategies with requested reporting and data analytics to reduce annual operating costs and increase the return on capital investment
