Responsibilities
Consolidate local demand for spare parts and place orders with European suppliers; Serve as primary contact with European suppliers to resolve delays; Manage cross-border supply issues and customs documentation; Manage Ukrainian suppliers for locally procured items; Own purchase order management lifecycle; Organize and run warehouse operations including receiving and stock accuracy; Build basic reorder/forecasting logic and SOPs for procurement and warehouse processes
