Manage end-to-end execution of financing transactions across debt, equity-linked, asset-backed, and structured capital solutions; Support the development of Nebius's capital structure strategy, including assessment of trade-offs across cost of capital, maturity profile, flexibility, and dilution; Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate leverage capacity, scenario outcomes, and financing alternatives; Prepare high-quality board-level materials, financing proposals, and investment memoranda; Lead cross-functional execution workstreams for complex financing transactions, coordinating internal stakeholders and external advisors; Act as a key point of contact with financing counterparties and other external stakeholders during transaction processes; Provide analytical support on broader corporate development initiatives, including selective M&A and strategic investment opportunities where relevant; Mentor and support the development of junior members of the Corporate Development team
