Responsibilities
Develop customer-facing technical proposal content including mission concepts and compliance matrices; Analyze requirements and translate them into traceable technical responses; Coordinate with subject matter experts to generate credible proposal inputs; Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders; Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions based on technical feasibility; Act as technical point of contact for customer exchanges; Define technical Statements of Work (SoWs); Translate contractual requirements into internal development inputs; Consolidate customer feedback to evolve launch service offerings; Participate in customer meetings with commercial leads.
