Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, roadmaps, staffing, communication, risk, and quality plans; Track project scope, requirements, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, budget, and performance metrics; Support Agile delivery through backlogs, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; Monitor day-to-day progress and identify schedule, cost, quality, staffing, and delivery concerns; Maintain RAID logs, action-item trackers, decision logs, and change logs; Support change control board activities and release management/deployment; Coordinate stage-gate reviews and ensure documentation and approvals are complete; Prepare weekly status updates, monthly reports, executive briefings, and dashboards; Track deliverables, invoices, financial information, and contract requirements; Facilitate kickoff, technical, status, change control, and closeout meetings; Coordinate across internal teams, government stakeholders, contractors, and vendors; Support project closeout, transition, operational handoff, and post-implementation activities
