Responsibilities
Stand up projects end-to-end with clear scope and governance; Create and maintain project governance artifacts (charter, RACI, RAID, decision log); Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and vendors; Develop and manage integrated project plans with milestones and critical path; Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; Proactively manage risks and escalate issues; Facilitate governance forums (SteerCo, exec reviews); Provide executive reporting on delivery status and business impact; Ensure alignment to strategy, budget, and roadmap; Close projects with transition to operations and lessons learned.
