Responsibilities
Lead the DRC support services team end-to-end including HR, logistics, procurement, and administration; Develop and drive a procurement strategy ensuring efficient, compliant, and resilient sourcing across provinces; Manage the operational budget, forecasting and driving efficiency; Support the Country Director on HR strategy including recruitment, training, and performance management; Design systems and processes to support a larger footprint across provinces; Coach and develop support services managers to build operational excellence; Maintain a compliance and operational risk register and lead internal spot checks and audit preparedness; Own donor reporting, budget tracking, and donor visit coordination; Own the Operational Knowledge Base and lead onboarding, training, and localization of materials.
