Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the flow of tubes hardware and fittings through bending, weld, proof, NDE, and Quality operations; Work with manufacturing technicians, engineers, and supply chain teams to ensure materials, components, and tooling are staged; Track work order status and hardware readiness; Identify and escalate issues impacting production schedules; Maintain accurate status of builds and assembly activities within internal tracking tools; Ensure proper handling, packaging, and documentation of completed avionics hardware; Generate and maintain reports on build status and schedule risks; Collaborate with Master Scheduler and leadership to align production priorities; Assist with material staging, hardware kitting, and documentation.
