Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain production control team schedules, processes, safety, and area standards; Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports; Provide daily visibility on schedule, part shortages, and resource performance; Prepare work schedules and schedule analysis on critical path and variances; Work closely with internal customers regarding vehicle movement, shipments, and daily schedule targets; Drive down near-term and future schedule risk by conducting work-center level capacity analysis; Lead efforts to uncover root causes and develop permanent resolutions on issues found during vehicle builds; Identify and support improvement opportunities for product yield, quality, safety, cost, and team efficiency
