Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and company policies. Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and management reporting. Support the quarterly and annual external audit process by preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor requests. Assist with accounting and reporting for multiple domestic and international entities, including consolidation activities and intercompany transactions. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate unusual variances or reconciling items.
