Define and execute quality strategy aligned with manufacturing scale-up, build and lead the quality function including hiring and team development, serve as primary advocate for quality across engineering and operations, establish and monitor quality KPIs and metrics, develop supplier quality programs and audits, partner with supply chain on component quality and traceability, support manufacturing readiness and yield improvement, lead ISO 9001 certification efforts, maintain documentation control and internal audit processes, operationalize core quality processes, define inspection plans and acceptance criteria, drive continuous improvement initiatives
