Lead monitoring and maintenance of site Quality Metrics, Drive CAPA performance and execution, Manage external/internal site audit processes, Set agreed clear requirements with customers through quality plans, Define incoming inspection and procedures, Conduct MRB meetings for IQA findings, Lead activities to improve yield and reduce RMAs, Ensure compliance of customer requirements and industry standards, Drive proactive continuous improvement on Yield & Quality Metrics, Ensure effectiveness of pFMEA & CAPA, Drive SQE and suppliers on incoming material quality, Conduct 5S audits, Build and embed Quality Awareness in Operations, Provide coaching and supervision to QA engineers, Perform effective supplier audits, Monitor and support supplier quality metrics and performance, Support sites on incoming inspection and problem part resolution, Facilitate reporting of cost-recovery requirements for non-conforming parts, Support alternative supplier selection, Participate in customer-facing supplier quality activities
