Lead regional DC logistics operations including dock-to-cage, storeroom, and in-hall material flows; Coordinate and develop Inventory Control Specialists and regional logistics teams; Translate build and M&O plans into logistics capacity and staffing; Own storeroom performance metrics including inventory accuracy and audit readiness; Standardize SOPs and playbooks aligned to global standards; Partner with warehouse and FSL leads for frictionless handoffs; Drive 3PL/4PL performance at the DC interface; Lead regional cadence reviews and own RCA/CAPA for logistics issues; Mentor frontline and regional logistics leaders.
