Responsibilities
Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules at least 4 weeks in advance; Maintain a rolling 5–12 week master production schedule using MRP; Lock in weekly production schedules and minimize changes; Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as required; Identify and communicate plant capacity constraints and material risks; Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Inventory, and Shipping teams; Track and communicate material shortages; Lead weekly production planning meetings; Monitor KPIs including schedule conformance and fill rates; Support continuous improvement initiatives; Generate reports for decision-making; Review and establish blending instructions.
