Responsibilities
Provide day to day technology directions within Linux Server, OpenShift, and Data Center Server infrastructures; Maintain global collaboration with other Micron IT operations teams; Operational support escalation; Incident management and problem management; Project execution; Maintain OLA and SLA agreements with other Micron Business Units; Continually improve operations through routine monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions; Reviewing of system log files, trend analysis, configuration, incident and problem management processes; Recommends and works with the Solution and Enterprise Architect on system or architectural changes; Ensures architectural consistency and provides technical direction through roadmap process, knowledge management, disaster recovery plan development and testing; Creating all the necessary documentation for any changes in the environment or innovative technology deployments as reference architecture for the global operation team; Improving team productivity and skills with AI assisted resources
