Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure better price, timeline, and contract conditions. Articulate with involved areas for homologation, legal analysis, and contract formalization. Manage post-contract commercial aspects, including amendments, scope changes, and supplier claims. Consolidate commercial information using spreadsheets and BI tools to identify cost reduction opportunities. Travel recurrently to Carajás operations to strengthen relationships with internal clients and monitor project evolution.
