We are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our after-sales team in Sweden. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers and partners receive excellent technical support for our renewable energy solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and occasional on-site technical support for solar inverters and energy storage systems across Sweden.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or online platforms, ensuring timely and customer-friendly service.
  • Conduct on-site visits when required for system inspection, troubleshooting, repair, or routine maintenance — especially in key regions such as Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.
  • Work closely with the internal engineering and R&D teams to ensure efficient problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and deliver technical training sessions (online or in-person) for installers, partners, and customers, focusing on product knowledge and best installation practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service cases, technical findings, site reports, and customer communications in the company system.
  • Support local sales and service partners by providing pre-sales technical consultation and after-sales guidance when necessary.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, solar energy, or a related field.
  • Solid technical understanding of solar inverters, photovoltaic systems, or energy storage solutions.
  • Willingness to travel within Sweden; must hold a valid driving license.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams and customers.
