As a SAP ABAP - Technology Director, you will lead the strategic direction and development of SAP solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be instrumental in driving business growth and shaping client engagements, leveraging your skills to deliver impactful SAP solutions. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs and leveraging our collective strength.

Responsibilities
- Leading SAP program management initiatives to drive successful project delivery and integration
- Utilizing Agile Methodology and Jira Software to enhance project management tracking and coordination
- Developing business cases and managing project budgets to optimize resource allocation and benefits realization
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to validate seamless program scope management and stakeholder engagement
- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to enhance program capacity building and support
- Promoting innovation and creativity in SAP project management to address complex client needs
- Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and influence project outcomes
- Overseeing program status reporting and progress reports to maintain transparency and alignment with strategic goals
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Project Management
- Utilizing Agile Methodology for project delivery
- Excelling in cross-functional team coordination
- Managing program scope and capacity building
- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies
- Leveraging analytical thinking for business case development
- Coordinating project portfolio management (PPM) initiatives
