Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed production and project schedules; Coordinate schedules across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Operations; Establish activity sequences, dependencies, milestones, durations, and resource requirements; Track actual progress against baseline schedules and identify variances; Monitor critical-path activities and proactively identify potential delays; Work with teams to understand capacity, labor, equipment, and material constraints; Develop short-term look-ahead schedules and longer-term production plans; Coordinate material availability and supplier commitments; Identify schedule conflicts and develop mitigation/recovery plans; Maintain accurate schedule data and provide status updates; Support production planning for prototype and production hardware; Incorporate engineering changes and quality requirements into schedules; Participate in cross-functional planning meetings; Develop schedule reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics; Support what-if analysis and scenario planning; Help establish scalable scheduling processes and standards; Identify opportunities to improve planning and coordination processes
