Required skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field; Minimum 5 years of experience in product support, field service, or engineering within power transmission and distribution; Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage live tank circuit breakers, including diagnostics and maintenance; Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop technical teams; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in global environments; Proficiency in English.
Preferred skills

Responsibilities
Manage a team of specialists delivering expert technical support and maintenance leadership; Lead with purpose: mentor and develop a global team of product support engineers; Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic support; Collaborate with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and sales to drive product improvements and address recurring field issues; Oversee the creation, review, and distribution of technical documentation, service manuals, and training materials; Deliver technical training to internal teams, partners, and customers on installation, operation, and maintenance; Manage overall global product support structure and budget coordination; Overall responsibility for the maintenance of product master data for Live Tank Circuit Breaker products, including spare parts recommendations, obsolescence planning, and global service bulletins; Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal processes across all support activities.
