Responsibilities
Coaches development team of scrum principles, helps the team focus on sprint goals and to achieve their highest performance level, to ensure the scrum project is successfully progressed. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments. Initiative Delivery: Facilitate end-to-end Agile initiatives (initiation to release), ensuring alignment with RBC Agile/Scrum practices. Manage roadmaps, risks, financials, and shared services dependencies. Overseer sprint cadence, release planning, and deployment coordination. Team Facilitation: Lead medium-to-large teams in collective decision-making, goal setting, and conflict resolution. Proactively remove impediments (e.g., external dependencies, process bottlenecks). Champion a safe, trusting team environment and drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Communication: Ensure transparency through status updates, product demos, and retrospectives. Report progress to leadership and stakeholders; manage financial tracking.
