Build and evolve backend systems that power time tracking, absences, and compensation workflows, Design services that ensure Time data flows accurately into Payroll and Money systems, Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance in a correctness-critical domain, Work on greenfield initiatives where requirements are still being shaped, Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Payroll, and Platform teams, Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design through to production, Contribute to architectural decisions and raise the engineering bar across the team
