Integration Engineer

## About the role We are looking for an Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations and automation workflows using Workato. You will work as part of a cross-functional team of integration engineers, collaborating closely with Operations and business teams to automate processes and ensure reliable system connectivity. ## Responsibilities - Design, build, and support integrations and automated workflows using the Workato platform - Automate business processes by connecting systems and third-party apps - Integrate AI-powered solutions to enhance business processes. - Design, implement, and own complex integration solutions - Troubleshoot and support existing integrations - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders ## Requirements - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato, ideally on large-scale, mission-critical, or complex business workflows - Strong understanding of API principles (REST, SOAP) and integration technologies - Experience in working with databases and query languages (SQL, SOQL) - Experience in writing custom logic using Workato scripting language, including formulas and code steps ### Soft Skills - Attention to detail and strong execution discipline - Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for continuous learning. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, technical integration designs - Can balance independent work with team-based collaboration - Ability to quickly learn new technologies ## Nice to have - Proven experience in Building CPQ flows - Experience in Workato Agentic - Development experience with a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python or JavaScript) - Hands-on experience building custom connectors using the Workato SDK - Familiarity with AWS environments and cloud-based architectures - Experience in API design, including scalable and secure API patterns - Experience building AI-powered solutions as part of business processes ## What we offer - Work on impactful problems that directly improve internal operations and solve real customer and stakeholder needs. - Join a forward-thinking engineering team operating in a cutting-edge environment that values creativity, curiosity, and clean architecture. - Implement modern technologies—including AI, automation, and integration tools—to shape smarter business solutions. - 💻 MacBook Pro M4 and all tools you need - Hybrid model – 3 days onsite at DOCK IN (Prague 8), 2 days remote - 🌴 25 days of vacation + birthday off + 3 sick days - Meal vouchers, Multisport card, snacks & drinks in the office - 🥳 Friendly culture, regular events, and global collaboration - 📈 Learning and growth – from AI projects to internal mobility ## About the company Ready to help us build smarter internal systems and lead tech solutions that matter?
