Configure and support Label Traxx accounting modules (GL, AR, AP, Inventory, Purchasing, Cost Accounting); analyze and troubleshoot financial reporting issues; own accounting support cases end-to-end; analyze customer workflows and recommend best practices; assist with chart of accounts configuration and financial setup; support implementations, upgrades, and migrations; perform financial reconciliations and trace transactions; diagnose accounting configuration, data, workflow, and software issues; provide customer training; create and maintain documentation; partner with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams; escalate software defects; participate in testing new features.
