## About the Role LiaHia is a reverse‑recruiting and career‑coaching agency helping jobseekers secure interviews, navigate career transitions, and land high‑quality roles. We are hiring freelance Career Coaches to support clients with job search strategy, resume optimization, interview preparation, and career clarity. This role is fully remote, flexible, and ideal for coaches who want consistent client flow without doing their own marketing. ## Responsibilities - Conduct 1:1 coaching calls to guide clients through job search strategy, positioning, and career direction. - Provide feedback, edits, and strategic improvements for resumes and LinkedIn profiles. - Run mock interviews, behavioral coaching, and confidence building. - Help clients identify target roles, industries, and positioning. - Track client progress and ensure they stay on track. - Align coaching with the job search execution team. ## Requirements - 5+ years of experience in career coaching, recruiting, HR, staffing, or talent development. - Strong communication and coaching skills. - Ability to work with diverse jobseekers across industries. - Experience with resumes, LinkedIn, and interview coaching. - Reliable internet and ability to host virtual sessions. - Must be authorized to work in the United States. ## Compensation & Hours - $45/hr+ depending on experience and client demand. - Hours vary based on client volume. - Hourly rate varies based on client load; hours are not guaranteed. - Freelance / 1099 contractor role.
