Our team works closely with products, operations, and business workflows to deliver scalable systems that solve complex operational challenges. ## About the Role As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product implementation, automation, and client-focused problem-solving. This role is highly hands-on and execution-driven, requiring strong technical skills, adaptability, and the ability to quickly understand business workflows and deploy scalable solutions. You will collaborate across teams to implement systems, optimize operations, integrate AI workflows, and solve technical challenges directly tied to product delivery and business impact. ## Key Responsibilities - Work closely with product, backend, and operations teams to deploy and implement technical solutions for real-world business workflows. - Build, customize, and optimize internal tools, automations, APIs, and operational systems. - Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Integrate AI tools, APIs, and automation systems into existing workflows and products. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across deployed systems and integrations. - Assist in creating dashboards, monitoring systems, and reporting workflows for operational visibility. - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for rapid implementation and iteration. - Document technical workflows, implementation logic, edge cases, and deployment processes. - Continuously improve systems performance, automation reliability, and operational efficiency. - Experiment with new technologies, AI tools, and engineering approaches to improve delivery speed and scalability. ## Required Skills and Qualifications - Strong knowledge of Python (mandatory). - Good understanding of APIs, backend systems, and automation workflows. - Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities. - Comfortable working with AI/LLM tools and integrating them into workflows. - Ability to quickly understand business problems and build practical technical solutions. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. - Self-learner mindset with the ability to research and adapt independently. - Good communication and collaboration skills. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience with backend frameworks, automation tools, or scripting workflows. - Basic understanding of databases, JSON, APIs, and cloud-based systems. - Exposure to AI tools, LLM integrations, or automation platforms. - Familiarity with frontend basics such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus. - Experience with dashboards, monitoring systems, or operational analytics. - Exposure to DevOps workflows, deployment systems, or scalable infrastructure is an advantage. ## About You You are highly adaptable, technically curious, and enjoy solving real-world operational problems through engineering. You are comfortable working across multiple domains — from APIs and automations to AI workflows and system debugging.
