Lead Software Engineer

Managing the development of sophisticated software systems and projects operating at high scale data. Working with cross-functional teams on project planning and defining achievements, identifying dependencies, and meeting business goals. Working with partners to understand requirements, resolve blockers, and handle expectations. Advising on system design and implementation decisions. Iterating and improving upon engineering wide processes like recruiting, performance development, communication, and agile development. Telecommuting permitted 2 days/week. Multiple positions. Minimum Requirements (education and years of experience): Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Interactive Media, or Information Technology, and 3 years of experience in job offered or closely related engineering role. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in an acceptable field of study and 5 years of acceptable experience.

Requires experience in the following:

Architecting and implementing core platform features;

Performance optimization and infrastructure improvements;

Implementing engineering best practices in code quality and testing;

Overseeing multiple engineering projects; and

Collaborating cross-functionally to define and deliver technical solutions.
