## About the role We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Intern to support day-to-day online marketplace operations, product listings, order coordination, and sales growth activities. ## Responsibilities - Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms. - Upload product images, titles, descriptions, prices, and inventory details. - Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the operations/warehouse team. - Track orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries. - Support marketplace activities such as offers, discounts, campaigns, and promotions. - Assist in competitor research and pricing analysis. - Prepare basic sales and performance reports. - Coordinate with the design/content team for product creatives and banners. - Ensure all product information is accurate and updated regularly. ## Requirements - Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online selling. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets. - Detail-oriented and willing to learn. - Basic knowledge of marketplaces like Flipkart will be an added advantage. - Freshers or students pursuing graduation are welcome to apply. ## Skills Required - Product listing management - Excel / Google Sheets - Order tracking - Inventory coordination - Marketplace operations - Basic reporting - Attention to detail - Communication skills
