By joining our Data, Analytics & AI team you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our company and help clients deliver bigger, more impactful transformation that lasts.   Purpose-led work   you’ll   be part of     Join PwC’s Data & AI Consulting team as an AI Senior Manager – Data Scientist , where   you’ll   lead   and collaborate on   the development and deployment of advanced machine learning   (ML)   and AI solutions that   empower and enable   meaningful client outcomes   for their business.   In this role,   you’ll   work within Azure or Databricks environments to deliver scalable analytics platforms and data-driven strategies that support digital transformation initiatives.   You’ll   collaborate acros s   teams to shape AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and accelerate innovation for our clients.   If   you're   passionate about using AI to transform industries and want to   contribute to meaningful   projects   we’d   love to hear from you   Role & Responsibilities:     Strategically   l ead end-to-end delivery of complex   AI   projects across multiple business units   ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards .   Drive strategic AI initiatives and contribute to the development of enterprise-wide AI capabilities.   Collaborate with senior stakeholders to   identify   high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation.   Nurture, develop and guide in   shaping a high-performing team focused on advancing AI capabilities .   Oversee   and support   project portfolios, manage budgets, and ensure   timely   delivery of AI solutions.   Represent the AI function in leadership forums and contribute to thought leadership through publications, presentations, or external engagements.   As a Manager in PwC, you will   be encouraged to   -     Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and academic institutions to stay ahead of emerging AI trend s.   Support business development by   identifying   AI opportunities and contributing to   tender   proposals and pitches.   Establish and promote best practices for data science workflows, reproducibility, and collaboration.   Background and Experience / Skills:        6 + years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.   A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows including ingesting,   analysing , transforming   data   and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions.   Proven   track record   of delivering AI solutions using   Azure ML ,   Databricks , and   MLOps   pipelines .   Proficient in working with Azure services. Other cloud platforms like AWS   also   preferred.   Strong programming skills in   Python ,   SQL,   and familiarity with ML frameworks like   TensorFlow ,   PyTorch , and   Scikit-learn .   Experience in any aspects of the data analytics lifecycle, for example: Data Strategy, ETL, Data Analysis   and visualization   Familiarity with   AutoML   platforms   (e.g., Azure   AutoML ) and   feature engineering tools .   Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities.   A deep understanding of and ability to teach concepts, tools, features, functions, and benefits of different approaches to apply them.   Standout   Qualification :   Master’s degree (PhD preferred)   in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, with a strong focus on applied machine learning, automation, or intelligent systems.     Unlock your potential with PwC Ireland   We believe that challenges are better solved together!   We’re   inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
