Founding Engineer (Full-Stack & AI Integration)

## About the role Vyaseka AI is building a next-generation multilingual documentation and meeting intelligence platform. We turn global, multi-language conversations into deeply searchable, structured, and actionable context—focusing on high-accuracy transcription, translation, and localized RAG workflows. We are looking for a Founding Engineer who can bridge the gap between robust full-stack architecture and seamless AI integration. If you prefer shipping products over just writing code, want massive ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is for you. ## Responsibilities - Architecture & Core Dev: Own the Next.js/Node.js SaaS dashboard, authentication, and cloud deployment pipelines. - AI Integration: Connect and optimize OpenAI APIs, Whisper/STT pipelines, and advanced RAG workflows. - Product Ownership: Translate product ideas into production-ready features with high execution speed. ## Requirements - Strong proficiency in the modern JavaScript ecosystem (React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript). - Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, handling prompt engineering, and building production-grade RAG systems. - A startup mentality: you care about user experience, product delivery, and clean code (in that order). - Based in Pune (preferred) or anywhere in India (remote). ## What we offer - Massive equity upside (up to 5%) to ensure true ownership. - Direct impact on a product building in a hyper-growth space. - High-agency environment with zero corporate bureaucracy. ## About the company Vyaseka AI is building a next-generation multilingual documentation and meeting intelligence platform.
