## About disABLEdly disABLEdly is an enterprise B2B SaaS marketplace designed to systematically eliminate hiring bias and interview anxiety for disabled and neurodivergent professionals. Traditional high-pressure verbal interviews test social masking and anxiety management rather than objective job-role competence. We are completely overhauling this pipeline by replacing live verbal screening with text-first asynchronous skills validation and low-stakes, real-world interactive field testing. Our business model relies on free access for individual job seekers, with revenue generated purely through recurring enterprise corporate subscriptions and premium operational packages. ## The Role & Architecture As the Technical Co-Founder and CTO, you will own the codebase from day one. The initial Master Technical Specifications and Project Blueprint are already finalized; your mandate is execution, architectural design, and engineering. ## Key Technical Objectives - Blind-Data Isolation: Engineer a robust backend schema utilizing strict data isolation models to completely eliminate implicit bias during the initial corporate candidate evaluation phases. - Accessible Frontend: Build an accessible, clean, web-first interface designed strictly around WCAG compliance standards. - Asynchronous Messaging Layer: Architect the secure text-first communication engine, featuring custom "Pause & Process" text protocols and multi-user advocate dashboard integrations. - Logistics Integration: Build an automated API transit layer that handles programmatic, one-click flight blocks and tailored lodging coordination for final-round real-world evaluations. ## Who You Are - A proven Full-Stack, Frontend, or Backend Engineer who has scaled software products from zero to a working MVP. - Thorough understanding of secure database design, data isolation patterns, and third-party API orchestration. - Zero reliance on conversational filler or hand-holding. You thrive in a direct, blunt, milestone-driven operational framework. - Prior experience or a strong foundational interest in digital web accessibility standards is a massive plus. ## Compensation & Governance This is an equity-only co-founder position pre-revenue. Initial compensation consists entirely of a substantial equity stake. To ensure long-term alignment, protect the venture, and guarantee mutual commitment, all equity distribution is subject to a standard 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff.
