## About Kanmon We're building AI-powered infrastructure for B2B payments and financing — helping small businesses move money and access capital through the software they already use. Technically interesting problem, genuinely underserved market. Well capitalized, moving fast, and at the stage where individuals shape the architecture — not inherit it. ## The Role We're looking for a Product Manager to own and improve key areas of the Kanmon product experience. You'll work closely with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market to ship features that matter for both our platform partners and their small business customers. This is a hands-on role. You'll do discovery, write requirements, run experiments, and track outcomes. No hand-holding, lots of ownership. ## What You'll Do - Contribute to roadmap planning and help define what gets built and why - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your areas — discovery through launch - Use data and customer feedback to make decisions and identify opportunities - Partner cross-functionally to ship high-quality product experiences ## What We're Looking For - 3–5 years of PM experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech - Comfortable working with engineers and familiar with analytics tools like SQL, Mixpanel, or Amplitude - Strong analytical instincts and clear communicator - Self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment ## What We Offer - Competitive base + bonus - Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) matching, Unlimited PTO - Equity
