Chief of Product — Live Events Platform

## About the role XO is the platform that fills live events. We combine ticketing, VIP bookings, operations, and AI-driven marketing into one product for venues and event organizers. We're live in Cyprus with 18+ paying clients, near-100% retention, and anchor partnerships with the country's largest nightclub and music festival. All growth to date is organic. Cyprus is the fastest-growing startup ecosystem in the EU (StartupBlink 2026, #34 globally), and Social & Leisure is its top-ranked category worldwide. That's our space. We're looking for a product lead to own the product end to end: roadmap, architecture, prototyping, execution. You'd work alongside our founding engineer and the rest of the team to build XO-native infrastructure (we're migrating off a third-party stack) and ship the AI layer that turns an operational SaaS into a revenue engine for clients. This is not a pitch deck and a dream. The product works. It has users, revenue, and contracts in the pipeline. What it needs is the right person to build what comes next. ## What you'd own - Product roadmap and prioritization - Technical architecture decisions - Shipping cadence - The bridge from operational SaaS to AI-first platform ## What we're offering - Equity to be given, with four-year vesting and a one-year cliff - Part-time to start (so we can test the waters), with a path to full-time and salary when the time is right (projected from next year when it comes to salary) ## You're a fit if - You've shipped real products (not just specs) - You think in systems, not features - You're comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage speed - You know how to use AI tooling to move faster, and you use it every day - Huge bonus if you can also write code
