## About the Role Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled Group Product Manager to drive the development of our Level 4 autonomous trucking solutions across different customer applications. In this role you will both be the directly responsible individual for the full product lifecycle in a specific product area, as well as guide and lead a team of Product Managers with their own lifecycle responsibilities. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth in autonomous systems, product sensibility, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership with a strong understanding of customer-centric product deployment. ## Responsibilities ### Product strategy & execution - Execution: Work with the end user and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Commercial) to drive the end-to-end process from needs identification to feature implementation, and remove any blockers to ensure the product is deployed successfully to meet the end user's expectations. - Product definition: Define requirements to ensure they meet end user needs.
