Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, non-functional, data, reporting, workflow, and integration requirements. Develop current-state and future-state process flows, business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, interface requirements, and operational impact analyses. Support modernization workstreams including integration-layer delivery, legacy coexistence, testing, deployment, training, and rollout. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, enterprise architects, vendors, and Federal stakeholders to refine backlogs, clarify scope, manage requirements traceability, and support prioritization. Analyze integration-related needs including APIs, data exchange patterns, interface dependencies, shared services, system handoffs, and interactions between legacy and modernized capabilities. Identify and document legacy coexistence considerations including workflow continuity, system-of-record decisions, duplicate processing paths, data synchronization, testing scenarios, operational readiness, and transition impacts. Support requirements reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demonstrations, user acceptance testing, defect triage, change impact assessments, and release readiness activities. Maintain analysis artifacts including requirements documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices, decision logs, interface coordination materials, and stakeholder communications. Translate technical integration concepts, modernization constraints, and delivery dependencies into clear business language for technical and non-technical audiences.
