Senior Manager Business Systems Analyst Oracle Fusion

## About the Role As a Senior Manager, Business Systems Analyst, you will be providing leadership for driving Oracle Cloud Fusion enablement, functional solution design, and enterprise-wide systems integration. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution translating complex operational needs into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions while steering the organization through its transition from SAP to Oracle Cloud Fusion. We speak the language of Transformer Models, Qubits, and Zero-Knowledge Proofs, focusing exclusively on the "impossible" niches: Cybersecurity, Quantum, AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Data Analytics. ## Responsibilities - Own the full lifecycle of business process analysis across supply chain, logistics, finance, customer onboarding, and operational workflows. - Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Business Systems Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous growth and technical excellence. - Drive functional design and configuration of Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions spanning Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Finance modules. - Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications that align with Oracle Cloud best practices and enterprise architecture guidelines. - Lead design reviews, oversee functional configuration, and validate solutions in close collaboration with technical and integration teams. - Manage team capacity, intake prioritization, and resource planning to ensure consistent and predictable delivery. - Serve as a strategic partner to the PMO in support of project planning, risk management, delivery execution, and milestone governance. - Define and uphold functional standards, governance frameworks, and process improvement practices across the team. - Contribute to solution scoping, effort estimation, and delivery planning for new business initiatives. - Maintain a current understanding of Oracle Cloud Fusion product updates, release capabilities, and emerging industry best practices. ## Requirements - 10+ years of experience delivering global enterprise applications (Oracle, SAPdelivery). - 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Applications experience across ERP, SCM, and WMS in a global environment. - 5+ years leading or managing functional or business systems teams. - Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in supply chain, logistics, finance, manufacturing, or operations. - Demonstrated track record on large-scale system implementations, enterprise upgrades, or digital transformation programs. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. - Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred. ## Work Environment & Physical Requirements - Office-based, climate-controlled setting with extended computer use. - Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability to shifting priorities. - Up to 25% travel, including occasional international trips. - Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. - Role requires sustained focus, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex data and documentation.
