Lead worldwide alignment efforts across technology to improve process effectiveness; Promote worldwide BKMs sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge; Provide technical and hands-on support to HVM sites for Safety, Productivity, Cost of ownership, Process efficiency, Quality defense line and Yield improvement initiatives; Partner with suppliers to develop the process and equipment roadmap; Prioritize and lead multiple projects based on Fab and corporate objectives; Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner; Keep collaborators and team members informed of project status, progress, and roadblocks/opportunities
