Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of junior and senior process engineers to enable successful penetration and defense of key etch applications. Manage multiple customer accounts to drive tool strategy, evaluations, and new business opportunities. Act as a hands-on technical manager and subject matter expert for etch processes in advanced technology nodes. Create and present technical review material for high-level technical review meetings at customer sites. Work with cross-functional teams to enable successful tool demos and business wins. Update executives on demo progress and customer status.
