## About the company Skynift is a small, founder-led product company building AI software that acts, not just answers. We ship two products out of one team: Drac — our headline bet. An AI-driven growth automation platform that builds, launches, and optimizes paid ad campaigns across Google + Meta, with WhatsApp customer comms incorporated as a first-class channel. Sold to mid-market companies and the agencies that serve them, with a whitelabel tier on top. USD-led pricing, live customers, real ad spend flowing through the platform every day. Helpexa — our embeddable AI support widget. A one-line script that drops an AI agent grounded in the customer's own knowledge base onto any website. Multilingual, self-serve, PLG-shaped. Launched, marketing push imminent. Both products are in production. Drac is the company bet — high-ticket, high-leverage, sold into the US and EU from an India-based team — and gets the deepest engineering investment. Helpexa is the lower-stakes, ecosystem-shaped sister product. Why this is a good place to land in 2026: Two production AI products, a core team, a founder who ships, and the kind of surface area where one engineer's work is visible in the product the next day. No layers. No politics. The bar is Linear / Vercel / Anthropic-grade taste applied to an ad-tech and customer-comms stack that genuinely moves money. If you want a seat where your decisions show up in revenue — not in a Jira backlog — this is that seat. ## The Role You'll work across the full stack: a React/TypeScript client, a Node.js backend, and a Python/FastAPI AI engine that talks directly to Google and Meta APIs. Numerous dedicated expert agents that would make campaign creation, monitoring and improvements seamless. The work is genuinely interesting — campaign orchestration, real-time metrics sync, dayparting, UTM tracking, budget pacing, policy compliance, dedicated AI agents — and you'll touch all of it. ## What You'll Work On - Building and maintaining campaign publish flows for Google Ads and Meta (Facebook + Instagram) - Integrating with Google Ads API (campaigns, ad groups, RSAs, ad schedules, sitelinks, geo targeting) and Meta Marketing API (campaigns, ad sets, creatives, CAPI) - Developing AI-assisted campaign generation and monitoring using LangChain/LangGraph pipelines - Building React dashboards with real-time metrics, breakdowns, and reporting (MUI component library) - Designing MongoDB schemas for campaign documents, metrics history, and budget tracking - Writing Python FastAPI services for unified insights, orchestration, and platform transformations ## Must-Have - Google Ads API — hands-on experience: campaign management, bidding strategies, ad schedule criteria, ValueTrack parameters, error handling (policy findings, rate limits) - Meta Marketing API — ad creation, targeting, CAPI server-side events, special ad categories - Python — FastAPI, Pydantic v2, async/await patterns - Node.js — Express, Mongoose, background jobs - React + TypeScript — component design, st
