Part-Time: Product Lead/Software Engineer

## About the role JOIN THE PARTY AS WE PUSH FOR $50K ARR by Q2 2026. Solo-founded nightlife/event platform with a fully built Q1 Beta. We use AI tools (Claude/Cursor) heavily — so this is NOT a pure SWE role. If you're a sharp in business/sales & have taken 1 coding course, please apply. We need a logical thinker who can work across product + code and actually ship occasional edits. The product already exists. Our Traction (Revenue-Positive) - $12K Raised from MIT's Innovation Fund - ~$30K weighted average ARR built in just a few weeks of sales in late Q1 - Plus: Alcohol Sponsor, > 1,000 Followers/Downloads, & LIVE Clients ## Responsibilities ### PM / SWE Work - Work across React Native (Expo), React/Vite (web), and Firebase backend - Use AI tools to debug, refactor, and ship features quickly - Improve core flows including ticketing/checkout (Stripe), event discovery, and host dashboard - Clean up and simplify existing code (focus on iteration, not greenfield builds) - Help prioritize roadmap and translate ideas into shipped product ### Light Ops / Customer Engagement - Occasionally manage demo/walkthrough for hosts/clients - Be attentive of client issues, bugs, and occasional questions (async preferred) - Flag recurring issues and translate them into product improvements ### Go-To-Market (Optional, w/ strong equity bump) - Not required, but highly preferred: support the Founder/GTM team in bringing on users/hosts and driving early growth - Earn $500–$1K bonuses and/or future revenue share for business signups ## Qualifications - Strong logical thinker (can break down problems and debug clearly) - Some experience with React / React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Firebase (or similar) preferred but not required - Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) - Ideally has built something before (class project, app, or side project) - High ownership mindset — operates like a builder/operator, not a task-taker ## About the company - Remote only - Company Location: Cambridge - Visa Sponsorship: Not Available - Relocation: Allowed - Skills: React Native, ReactJS
