Part-Time: Junior Software Engineer (College Students)

## About the Role Hours & Comp: ~10 hrs/week • $400 stipend/month • 0.5-5% equity Ideal Fit: A junior looking to gain experience within a LIVE B2B/B2C product. We use AI tools (Claude/Cursor) heavily — beginners welcome. Our Traction (Revenue-Positive) $12K Raised from MIT's Innovation Fund ~$30K weighted average ARR built in just a few weeks of sales in late Q1 Plus: Alcohol Sponsor, > 1,000 Followers/Downloads, & LIVE Clients ## Responsibilities ### Product Work - Ship small-medium product features across web + mobile - Use AI tools to debug, test, and improve flows quickly - QA and test production flows before live events - Help clean up and simplify existing code ## Qualifications - Strong logical thinker (can break down problems and debug clearly) - Some experience with React / React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Firebase (or similar) preferred but not required - Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) - Ideally has built something before (class project, app, or side project) - High ownership mindset & strong communication
