Act as program Operations liaison for core HBM Product Development Teams driving Operations Requirements; Participate early in PLM to address manufacturing operations and enterprise system concerns; Maintain schedules for ramp and smooth transition to HVM; Oversee sample processes ensuring delivery meets specifications and OTD metrics; Ensure BOM compliance with DfSC and BRR guidelines; Secure silicon and capacity while managing priorities and removing roadblocks; Provide weekly status reports to identify and mitigate operations-related risks.
