QA Engineer Intern

## About the role We are looking for a QA Engineer Intern who is detail-oriented and curious about building high-quality digital health products. You will work closely with the product, engineering, and AI teams to ensure our app delivers a smooth, reliable, and safe user experience—especially important in healthcare. ## Responsibilities - Manual Testing - Test web and mobile app features (tracking, AI insights, reports, etc.) - Identify bugs, UI issues, and inconsistencies - Validate new feature releases before launch - Test Case Creation - Write clear test cases, test scenarios, and checklists - Maintain structured QA documentation - Bug Reporting - Log bugs with proper steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results - Work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues - Regression Testing - Re-test features after fixes to ensure stability - Ensure no new bugs are introduced - API & Data Testing (Basic) - Validate data accuracy (health metrics, AI insights, reports) - Ensure correct data flow between backend and frontend - User Experience Testing - Test flows like onboarding, tracking, AI chat, and reports - Ensure the app is simple and intuitive for real users ## What you'll work on - AI health tracking system (diet, glucose, sleep, etc.) - Personalized recommendation engine - Health reports and analytics dashboards - AI assistant for health queries - WhatsApp-based tracking workflows ## Requirements ### Must Have - Basic understanding of software testing concepts - Strong attention to detail - Good communication skills - Ability to think like a user ### Good to Have - Knowledge of QA tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.) - Basic understanding of APIs (Postman) - Familiarity with mobile app testing - Interest in health-tech / AI products ## Why join us - Work on a mission-driven health product - Direct exposure to founders and product decisions - Opportunity for full-time conversion - Build something that actually impacts people's lives ## Bonus task (optional but recommended) Download our app (Make My Health on play store) / view product concept and: - Identify 3 potential bugs or improvements - Share your observations ## About the company Make My Health is an AI-powered chronic care platform helping people manage and reverse lifestyle diseases like diabetes through a combination of Ayurveda, AI, and human coaching.
